Clarity Tag Printer Application
To install the Clarity tag printer application (QZ Tray) please use the following links. Please work with a Clarity associate for help.
On a Windows computer:
- Download and install Java (complete this step first)
- Install QZ Tray: QZ Print for Windows
On a Mac:
- Download & Install QZ Tray (Apple Silicon Mac) (Intel Mac)
- Enable CUPS printing (this part can get tricky so please ask a Clarity associate for help here)
- Check if CUPS printing is enabled by going to: http://localhost:631/printers/
- If the page does not appear OR you get a warning saying Web Interface is Disabled, you will need to enable it
- To enable CUPS, open Terminal and paste this: cupsctl WebInterface=yes
- Now re-open: http://localhost:631/printers/
- Install the printer by going to Administration > Add Printer
- Enter your Mac username/password
- Install the printer using RAW Make
